The following factors will make a difference to the prices advertised:
Length of time of gig:
We assume your gig will load in at around 6pm and the last band will finish at around midnight. If the gig is to finish later or earlier then there will be extra to pay. If your gig is an all day event, you should assume that the price will be double that shown here.
Location of gig:
We are based in Nottingham and most of our work is in that area. We are happy to and do travel further out to provide our PA's, but we will add a travel charge which we have kept to a minimum so we can still be competitive:
using AA route finder as the guide to how far away your gig is (start point is NG11 8JG) the first 25 miles are not chargeable, £1 per mile will be charged for the next 15 full or part miles, 50p per mile will be charged for the next 40 full or part miles, and then 25p for each remaining full or part mile after that. This mileage charge covers both directions in the journey.
Charges made by 3rd party hirers:
From time to time we may need to hire equipment from other companies to be able to provide our service. If there are extra charges payable, we would let you know at the time of quoting.
